Joseph Baena is officially following in his father's footsteps. Arnold Schwarzenegger's youngest son made his competitive bodybuilding debut, and the results have the community buzzing.

Schwarzenegger Jr. had been preparing for the NPC Natural Colorado State Championships held on March 28 in Denver. And preparation led to a stunning victory when he won not one, not two, but three titles.

This was Baena's big launch into the bodybuilding world, and he did full justice to his father's legacy. Along with three gold medals, he managed to clinch a silver medal as well.

The 28-year-old had been teasing that he was up to something big for a long time. And finally, on March 15, he shocked everyone by announcing that he was following in his legendary dad's footsteps. He posted videos of his training routines and diet plans to document his progress.

He even posted one at the famous Gold's Gym in Venice, California, where the Austrian Oak himself was training him. On Saturday, Baena broke the news of his victory on Instagram with the caption, 'Mission Accomplished.'

If one of Arnold Schwarzenegger's kids creates a buzz in the bodybuilding world, it automatically becomes a big deal. And that's exactly what happened with Joseph Baena's debut. After Baena announced his victory, he received praise from the bodybuilding community and other celebrities.

Big names like 7X Mr. Olympia Phil Heath and 2026 Arnold Classic Classic Physique winner Wesley Vissers commented on his post by writing "Congratulations!!!" in the comments section.

Legendary coach Hany Rambod also congratulated the young bodybuilder by writing, "Congratulations Joe!!!"

American actor Emile Hirsch wrote, "So amazing."The Last of Us star Gabriel Luna praised Baena, with the message, "Yeah, Brother! So proud of you, man. Congratulations!"

Another actor to congratulate Baena was actor Mario Lopez, who commented with fire emojis. Content creator and chef Andre Rush also commented with the same emoji.
