Arnold Schwarzenegger Reveals What the Supplement Industry Gets Wrong

The 7x Mr. Olympia and Hollywood star, Arnold Schwarzenegger knows lots about supplements, and he recently highlighted how supplement industry often neglects one of it's primary duties.
On February 14, he shared an X update highlighting that the supplement industry had now grown about "$70 billion." But this time he took to Instagram to shed light on how most supplements organizations do little to support "lasting change," something they should pay more attention to.
A part of the caption to his post read, "Supplement companies have an obligation to help create lasting change. To raise standards, not lower them."
He further revealed that he trusts the supplement brand “Momentous” in the current era. He called it one of the few brands that are willing to maintain higher standards and provide high-quality supplements for muscle building and overall health.
Schwarzenegger also said a lot about the supplement industry standards in his X update. He highlighted that the average American wasn't getting any healthier even after spending heavily on supplements.
And the reason he gave was quite shocking. He said the companies are making a profit by selling products with unreal promises. But then Schwarzenegger doesn't just talk about the problems.
In his Instagram post, the 78-year-old guided fans to use Momentous supplements, but he has also described the kind of supplements to use.
Which Supplements Does Arnold Schwarzenegger Prefer the Most?
In the February 1 edition of his newsletter, Schwarzenegger shared his top-3 science-backed favourite supplements, which helped him achieve his prime shape, and stay healthy even at 79. The three supplements are:
Proteins: He called this the most essential one and suggested a dose of 1.2g to 1.6g of protein per kg of body weight.
Creatine: The second supplement is Creatine, and Schwarzenegger recommends consuming 5g of creatine on a daily basis. And for cognitive protection, he suggested having 10-20g per day.
Vitamin D: For this one, he suggested having a test first. If the level is below 30 ng/mL, then he recommends consuming 1,000 to 3,000 IU daily. Along with this, he also suggested eating fatty fish and getting adequate sunlight.
