Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Son Joe Baena Provides Update on His Bulking Ahead of Olympia 2026 Chances

Arnold Schwarzenegger's son had a spectacular bodybuilding debut, and it seems like he is still not done. In a recent Instagram post, Joseph Baena gave an update on his progress

By the looks of it, the bulking season is suiting him well. The video showed the natural bodybuilder flexing his updated physique, making everyone wonder: Could the bulk be for Mr. Olympia 2026?

In the caption, the debutant shared his progress by writing, "Just over a month after the comp and the bulk is bulking 185lbs on stage and 195lbs today. No goal for the weight, but lots of growth to come. Don’t worry, I won’t let myself get too chubby."

Baena competes as a natural bodybuilder in the Classic Physique division. Earlier this year, he won his debut bodybuilding show at the NPC Natural Colorado Show, securing three gold medals and one silver medal.

Two weeks later, he won his second competition at the INBA Iron Gladiator Classic Physique Championship.

Ever since his debut, there has been only one question in everyone's minds: Will Baena follow in his dad's footsteps and compete in Mr. Olympia? In fact, just last month, a fan even asked him directly whether he planned to compete in Mr. Olympia or stay natural.

The 28-year-old gave a very direct answer, writing, “Plan is to stay natural as of now. We’ll see what the future holds.”

And his answer has kept the doors to his transition open. If not now, maybe in the future we might see another Schwarzenegger competing at the Olympia.

Whether he stays natural or transitions to Olympia, Joseph Baena has already impressed everyone with his chiseled physique. He even shared his training split and routine some time ago, and it looks intense.

Arnold Schwarzenegger's bodybuilder son Joe Baena often shares his progress on social media. And some time ago, he shared the training routine that led to his stunning back-to-back victories.

Since Baena is a natural bodybuilder, instead of relying on s*******, he relies on high-intensity workouts for his bulks.
