Bodybuilder Jesse James West Shares His Natural Physique After 11 Years of Training

Jesse James West has trained 2.1 million followers through his coaching platform. This week, he showed them what 11 years of natural bodybuilding looks like on himself.

On June 7, West posted a video on his Instagram, captioning it “11 years natty 💪 Coached by me 👉 @teamrelentlesscoaching.” In the video, he flaunted his peak-conditioned body after 11 years of consistent natural training.

To build such an incredible physique and conditioning, West trains himself with an intense regimen. He regularly shares his training with his 2.1 million followers on social media. 

On May 29, he shared a short video on Instagram captioned “Big chest day and some recovery fuel tracked with Macrofactor.” In the video, he was seen training his chest with exercises such as:

  • Inclined Smith machine press
  • Seated cable chest fly
  • Inclined dumbbell chest press
  • Rope tricep push downs

In another video, West shared on May 20, a post captioned “Christmas came earlyyyy // full back workout try it out! #TeamRelentless,” he was seen training his back.

In the video, to train his back, he performed exercises such as:

  • Pull-ups (8-10 reps, 3-4 sets)
  • Lat pulldown 
  • Cable pullover
  • Single-hand dumbbell rows (each hand, 8-10 reps, 3 sets)
  • Cable bicep curls

He finished his workout with a 20-minute sauna session for optimal recovery. 

Apart from training, diet also plays a crucial role in building and maintaining the physique of a bodybuilder.

But according to a 2024 article shared by Generation Iron, West follows a healthy, nutritious diet. His typical diet looks like:

  • Oatmeal 
  • Berries
  • Eggs

Meal 2

  • Protein shake
  • Almonds

Meal 3

  • Quinoa 
  • Grilled chicken
  • Vegetables

Meal 4

  • Honey
  • Greek Yogurt

Meal 5

  • Salmon
  • Veggies
  • Sweet potatoes
