Brock Lesnar’s Daughter, Mya Lesnar, Provides an Update on Her Recovery Process

A minor setback in the form of an injury eclipsed Mya Lesnar's rise to the top, but she has weathered a lot of it and might return to her powers soon.
The American Track and Field star shocked fans when she posted a recovery video to her Instagram on March 24. The video captioned "Patience and trust" showed Lesnar Jr. in a leg brace, walking with crutches, which implied she was recovering from surgery.
The video also displayed her spending time in the gym and performing different drills to get back on track. The exact nature of her injury is not known at the time, but judging by the video, it might be enough to keep her away from shot putting.
Her video received supportive messages from all over, but the most special one was from her dad, WWE and UFC champion, Brock Lesnar. He replied with sweet, supportive emojis for his daughter.
Despite being the great Brock Lesnar's daughter, Mya Lesnar has built her own reputation in athletics. She represented Colorado State University and first gained attention after winning the NCAA Indoor Championship in 2024 and the NCAA Outdoor Championship in 2025 in shot put.
Her father's athleticism has helped her set records like throwing beyond 19 meters. This feat placed her among the top performers in NCAA history.
Brock Lesnar Stands by His Children in Every Weather
Brock Lesnar has always been a support system for all his children. He recently appeared on the Spittin' Chiclets podcast and had the sweetest answer to the question about his legacy.
“For me, none of my championships or none of my accolades, they [his kids] all mean nothing. It means nothing to me. My kids are my legacy," said the former UFC and WWE champion.
'The Beast Incarnate' continued, "I mean, in today’s dark-a** world that we’re living in, if you can come out and have good kids — I take a lot of pride in that. When parents come to me and say, ‘Man, your boys are really respectful.’ That pumps my tires, you know?"
With such a supportive father, it isn't surprising that Mya excels in most contests she participates in.
How soon do you think she will return to the track to show her mettle?
