Candice Swanepoel stunned fans this week with a high-fashion look at her 'feral summer' in Paris. The mother of two recently captured fans' attention when she dropped a video of a photoshoot. 

On May 12, Swanepoel shared a post on her Instagram, captioning it “Feral summer in Paris @tropicofc 🥊.” The post was a carousel of photos and videos shot in Paris, France. In the photos, the model looks quite younger, active, and toned. 

Not only that, the founder of “Tropic Of C” dropped another post on April 2. The post reads “@alo all day every day. 🌼🕊️💙🌼🕊️” The post was based on her collaboration with the athleisure clothing brand, where she was seen wearing a variety of gym wear. She is maintaining a well-sculpted physique, and the brand has collaborated with her.

This is not the first time the title has collaborated with her. Swanepoel shared a post on October 30, 2025, in which she wore the title's clothes. In the post, she demonstrated her flexibility by performing the wheel pose and a variety of stretching poses. 

To maintain her fitness, the South African model indulges in an intense training routine. According to “Rachael Attard,” before any show, Swanepoel works out daily with her trainer. Otherwise, she usually trains 3 days a week. Her workout is a mix of resistance and cardio training. 

The variety of training forms she prefers is:

• Running
• Swimming
• Hiking 
• Walking
• Boxing
• Circuit training
• Weight training 

Aside from training the model, the model also practices yoga (twice a week) and says, “I love yoga, too. I think it has many benefits, including creating lean muscles, calming the mind, and improving flexibility!”

This indulgence in regular exercise is the real secret behind Swanepoel's fitness, which has caught fans' attention.
