47-Year-Old TikToker Shares 3 Anti-Aging Soup Recipes

47-year-old content creator Vivian Aronson is gaining attention for her youthful appearance. However, unlike a famous anti-aging influencer like Brayn Johnson, Aronson's approach is simple.
While Johnson is constantly investing in cutting-edge research and equipment, Aronson apparently relies on traditional, but clean eating.
The Chinese-American TikToker uploaded a YouTube video titled “People Think I'm 30. My 3 Secret Soups.” In the video, she shared those recipes and credits them as her beauty and health secret. The three soups she shared are:
- Silver ear mushroom with Asian pear soup (Beauty soup)
- Steamed pear with Chinese dates and silver ear mushroom soup (For beauty and coughs)
- Pork rib soup with lotus and Chinese yam (For Steady Energy and recovery)
Let’s understand now how to cook and what the required ingredients are for these recipes
Silver ear mushroom with Asian pear soup (Jelly water for face)
Ingredients required:
- Silver ear mushrooms
- Chinese dates
- Lotus seeds
- Dried lilies
- Goji Berries
- Diced autumn moon pear
Add thinly chopped mushrooms to a pot with water and boil for 10 minutes. After that, give it a “typhoon stir… for 20 seconds.” This will help release “the jelly” from the mushrooms, then add lilies, lotus seeds, pears, and half snipped dates. Reduce the heat and simmer it “for 40 minutes.”

Now add goji berries and cook for “another 10 minutes.” Soup is ready, serve it hot. Vivian Aronson said, “This jelly water for my face,” this soup helps her maintain clean and healthy skin.
Steamed pear with Chinese dates and silver ear mushroom soup (for lungs and cough)
Ingredients required:
- Asian pear (autumn moon pear)
- Silver ear mushrooms
- Chinese dates
- Goji Berries
- Dried lilies
- Rock sugar
Take a big autumn moon pear, cut the upper part, and make a cup out of it, but make sure not to “poke a hole in the bottom.” Soak mushrooms and lilies for 2 hours. Then chop the mushrooms and put all the ingredients inside the hollowed pear with water. Then steam this pear for 40 minutes. This soup helps to “soothe your cough, your throat,” Aronson even said that this soup is for her “lung” health and helps relieve cough.
Pork rib soup with lotus and Chinese yams (for energy and power)
- Lotus stem
- Chinese yam or Chinese huai shan
- Pork rib
“Traditional Chinese Wellness Recipe” book author Vivian said first blanch the ribs and boil them for 5 minutes, make sure to remove the “dirty foam on top.” Then, put the clean ribs in a pot, add chopped lotus stems and Chinese yams. Then simmer it for 2 hours, then serve it hot. This soup helps Aronson in maintaining her “energy and power.”
