Haille Steinfield’s Complete Workout Habits and Nutrition Behind Remaining Fit Beyond The Hollywood Fashion

Hailee Steinfeld has a simple way of keeping up with her training. Her father, Peter Steinfeld, has trained everyone from Madonna and Ozzy Osbourne to Larry David. And he had some advice for his daughter as well. Let's break it down.
Hailee Steinfeld Workout Secrets
Well, Steinfeld's day starts early. "I get up between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m. I try to be on the early side of that, but I've recently become a snooze hitter."
Her father closely monitors her workout routine. When she’s home, her father trains her five days a week. But when she’s on the road, it’s a different story.
“That's another thing my dad has made so clear to me: You don't have to be in a gym to get in a good workout. Something can be done anytime with a couple of books and a chair."
To stay motivated, Hailee prefers efficient workouts and opts for circuit training.
“I like the variation. If I get stuck doing the same routine every day, then I get bored very quickly, so I keep it changing and evolving. If it’s 15 minutes, perfect. We can do more in 15 minutes than we can just sitting on the couch.”
Hailee Steinfeld's Diet
According to Hailee, her diet is quite simple. She cooks for herself: “I've gotten more into cooking, so understanding the preparation of your food is so important. 'But I love a simple protein and a little carbohydrate. A veggie, a green juice, a summer salad.”
While breakfast usually includes oatmeal, her lunch and dinner are focused on a high-protein recipe she enjoys, repeating it consistently for weeks at a time before switching things up.
Hailee grabs any fruit with high water content, such as melons, watermelons, honeydew, and cantaloupe.
