  • Low-impact Pilates – her “favourite combo”
  • Slow, steady workouts that supported her joints and mobility

Not only did Pilates help in Kylie Jenner physical recovery. Thus, it was a major part of her postpartum recovery. Essentially, it helped her reduce stress levels as well as improve the quality of her sleep.

Another important step Kylie emphasized was that she was learning to be patient with herself, something many mothers struggle with.

Kylie Jenner reminded her followers that social media can be misleading, saying, “It's not easy mentally, physically, spiritually, it's just crazy....we can go on the internet, and it might look a lot easier for other people, and put the pressure on us, but it hasn't been easy for me.”

Thus, instead of glamorizing her life on social media, she started talking about mental awareness and physical health. But that was not all!

As she explained, "I just keep reminding myself I made a whole human, a beautiful, healthy boy. We have to stop putting pressure on ourselves to be 'back'.
