Despite being in her 50s, Naomi Campbell still carries her ageless, phenomenal look, something that can be largely attributed to her approach to diet, exercise, and overall wellness.

Let’s take a careful look at it.

Naomi Campbell’s workout routine

Thanks to her long-time trainer, Joe Holder, Naomi has been maintaining her physique. Back in 2020, on her YouTube handle, she expressed how she loved training with Holder, “I've never liked working out before I started working out with Joe.”

She further added, “I don't like everything he makes me do, but it's not about liking it. It's about attacking the body in different parts and conditioning.”The supermodel doesn’t like to train with heavy weights. She mostly uses her own body weight and light weights, which help her maintain her physique.

However, cutting the weights doesn’t mean that she doesn’t work hard. Naomi is all bullish on her cardio, “I like the ones that get my heart rate up, but I understand the importance of the ones that are more slow and burning and conditioning and tightening.”

According to Holder, a jump rope circuit for Naomi might include five sets of 60-second continuous skipping. Lastly, she makes sure she adds pilates to her workout regimen as well. Holder makes sure that Naomi stays fit throughout the year, and yes, it includes checking her diet as well.

Naomi Campbell’s diet

Approximately 80% of Americans start their day with coffee, but that statistic does not include Naomi. She wakes up early at 5 a.m. and refrains from drinking coffee. Instead, she opts for hot water with lemon.

“The first thing I do [in the morning] is have hot water with lemon and probiotics. I’ve never drunk coffee; I don’t like the smell, I’m a tea drinker. If I need it, I will have one cup of green tea. I’m into herbal tea,” said Campbell in an interview back in 2014 interview with Harper’s BAZAAR US.

During the same interview, Campbell admitted that she is a vegetarian and that it makes her feel better, “I never thought I would [go vegetarian]. It was just something I decided to do. I don’t know how long it’s going to last, but I just feel lighter and easier.”

Instead of opting for easily accessible snacks, Campbell told BAZAAR US that she relies on green smoothies for a natural energy boost, saying, “I have probably two or three green juices a day.”

Well, now that you know her workout and diet secrets, when are you going to incorporate them? Share your thoughts in the comments below.
