Inside Reebok Athlete Elisa Fuliano’s Fitness Methods & Workouts

Elisa Fuliano just secured her fifth CrossFit Games qualification at the 2026 French Throwdown. The Italian standout relies on a strict regimen of mental visualization and high-volume recovery to maintain her elite status.

Let’s unroll her training philosophy.

On May 17, Fuliano, aka Fulix, posted on her Instagram, captioning it, “No words right now 🥹 5x @crossfitgames qualifications babyyyyyyy 🇮🇹🎯📍@frenchthrowdown 🎥 @dcolmet.photographie HUGE thank you, everyone, behind this 🤍.” She crossed the quarterfinals of CrossFit 2026, marking her fifth time on the quarterfinal list. 

While talking to Women’s Health, she revealed her training philosophy and said, “Before big competitions, I always visualize the workout in my mind. So when I'm on the floor, I’ve already done it like ten times, and I know what awaits me.”

Her training routine includes:

  • Warm-up session (can be up to 1 hour)
  • Cycling
  • Stretching
  • Mobility work

Apart from training, recovery also plays a crucial role for her. Fuliano uses a variety of tools for recovery, including:

  • Compression boots
  • Massage gun
  • Ice bath

Along the theme, one of the non-negotiable recovery tools for her is getting proper sleep. 

She said, “Sleep is the best medicine. I try to sleep between eight-and-a-half and nine hours each night – the more I sleep, the more I recover.”

However, with training and recovery, she only wins the first half of the race; the second half depends on her nutrition intake.

The Italian track-and-field athlete consumes a well-balanced, nutritious diet. Her nutrition mantra is to eat a lot, which is harder to maintain than it sounds. Her typical diet is a balance of:

  • Carbs, she said, “for us Italians, everything is pasta.”
  • Protein
  • Fats
  • Some surprising elements

She consumes a protein-dense diet, which includes:

  • Meat
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Legumes
  • Eggs

Fuliano doesn’t believe in a restrictive diet; she said, “So it’s normal for me to have a Bounty or Kit Kat,” because whatever extra calories she consumes, she burns while practicing. 

So, this perfect concoction of training, recovery, and a well-nutritious diet is the secret of her fitness and enduring energy.
