Being the daughters of Sylvester Stallone, the pressure to stay healthy and fit is immense on Scarlet and Sophia Stallone, yet they make it look effortless with their fitness regimens.

While having a conversation with HollywoodLife in August 2020, Sacrlet and Sophia's trainer, Kevin Mejia, shared the specifications of their “typical” workout sessions. He said, “We’ll start out with some type of activation exercises, such as bridges or monster walks.”

Mejia added, “After activation work, we’ll go into single-sided work like ankle weighted rainbow kicks. This allows for a mind muscle connection, which a lot of people lack in the gym, but it later helps people contract or squeeze the right muscles.”

Mejia further detailed that for their strength exercise, he instructs the sisters to do at least two sets of “wide stance squats and chest presses into flies.” He explained that each of the sets lasts 15–20 minutes.

After that, they go for “hanging knee raises,” which target the lower abs. Finally, he ends their workout with a hydrocore bag over their shoulders.“The weighted bag uses water to challenge stability, and it’s super comfy and easy to travel with.”

Well, that’s it for their workouts, but let us remind you, a body like that cannot be made without a proper diet.

How Sylvester Stallone’s Daughters Keep Their Fitness Game Elite

While speaking with W Magazine, Sistine revealed that both sisters stay hydrated throughout the day, “drinking lots of water.” She also shared that her mornings begin with a small snack rather than anything heavy. “Normally in the morning, I will have a small snack before I work out,” Sistine added in her conversation with Hollywood Life.

“And then my little sister [Scarlet] makes the most incredible oatmeal. So, she’ll make us either oatmeal or a protein smoothie. Then, for lunch, I will have a veggie wrap, and we also love to bake, but will bake a lot of healthy alternatives,” said Sistine.

For dinner, the girls love to have something rich in protein with some vegetables. “We eat three meals a day, plus dessert,” Sophia said. “That’s partly why we work out so hard — so that we can do that.”

Well, that's how Sylvester Stallone's kids follow their workout and dietary regimen. That said, what are your thoughts?
