A viral workout is uniting bodybuilding generations. Legendary Arnold Schwarzenegger was spotted training with 24-year-old influencer Sam Sulek, and the community's verdict was unanimous.

After self-coaching himself to the top-10 in the 2026 Arnold Classic's Classic Physique division, Sam Sulek got the chance to train the seven-time Mr. Olympia.

Arnie was guiding Sam Sulek through exercises like the lat pulldown and seated chest-supported row, but that was not all. What was astonishing to see was that the 78-year-old was performing them alongside Sulek. Maybe he was leading by example.

Sam Sulek started his career as a fitness influencer in January 2023, documenting his bodybuilding journey on YouTube. He made his amateur bodybuilding debut in 2025 at the NPC Legends Classic in the Classic Physique division, winning the contest and earning a spot at the NPC Arnold Amateur. He won the Arnold and his pro card.

He made his professional debut this year at the Arnold Classic in Ohio, in the Classic Physique division, where he placed 8th. He then competed in the Arnold Classic UK, placing seventh. His posing routine at Ohio was captured by Arnold Schwarzenegger himself and posted online.

Fans had nothing but praise for Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sam Sulek

The internet couldn't keep calm when they saw Arnold Schwarzenegger perform each rep with the same strength as the 24-year-old Sulek.

Fans filled the post with comments like, "Once a legenda always a legend." One user even wrote, "I think Arnold’s technique seems better."

Arnie is known for collaborating and working out with many bodybuilding and even strongman athletes. Whether it's Gold's Gym or the Arnold Expo, Arnie is all about elevating the ambassadors of the sport.

Arnie also worked out with Hafthor Bjornsson earlier this month at the Arnold Classic UK. So it's no wonder that fans still love the bodybuilding pioneer.

Another user wrote, "The 1 and only terminator, old but not outdated [translated]. One more user complimented Arnie with the comment, "The maker."

Watching the two bodybuilders jell comfortably, one user commented, "the son he never had."
