Is Arnold Schwarzenegger completely vegan? Inside his diet reality

Is Arnold Schwarzenegger really vegan? The bodybuilding legend advocates for plant-based eating, but his diet isn't what most people think. He follows an 80/20 rule that still makes room for some of his old favorites.
Since around 2017, Schwarzenegger has been relying on multiple vegan dishes. According to Arnie, eating more vegan food reduces cholesterol, which in turn lowers the risk of developing heart disease.
"To be clear: I'm not fully vegan, I just about eat 80% less meat than I used to," said the bodybuilding legend. While he is not strictly vegan, he has cut down a lot on protein-heavy meals since his bodybuilding days.
Arnold Schwarzenegger revealed that he likes to fulfill his protein intake through lentils, beans, pea protein-based protein powders. He advocates for sustainable, long-term dietary habits.

The Austrian Oak sometimes does not shy away from treating himself to the occasional schnitzel, steak, or burger.
Being a vocal advocate of vegan food, he also narrated the pro-vegan documentary "The Game Changers," and regularly praises the health and environmental benefits of eating less meat.
For Schwarzenegger, mental fitness is just as important as physical health.
Arnold Schwarzenegger’s ‘Zero Negativity Diet’: The 7-Day Mental Reset He Swears By
Arnie's 'Zero Negativity Diet' is a seven-day diet for a complete change in one's mindset and to rid oneself of negative thoughts. Although Arnold admits that 'quick fixes' are rarely effective for weight loss, a drastic change in one's mindset for a short time can be life-changing.
Schwarzengger also urges people to be less active on social media. He does not call for a complete digital detox but for strict 'sets' on social media. He proposes 'Three 10-minute sets per day on social media.'
One of his most powerful habits, however, is simple. Arnold Schwarzenegger advises everyone to do the following: write down one thing you are grateful for every day.
Even small acknowledgments can have anti-inflammatory effects, improve sleep, and increase decision-making skills. This habit is a cornerstone of his proposed seven-day mental reset.
