Ali Bilal may be the runner-up of the 2025 Men's Physique, but Jeremy Buendia recently highlighted how he saw quite a few flaws in Bilal's build.

Buendia viewed Bilal as one of the top contenders to win the 2026 Men's Physique title. Still, the 35-year-old highlighted a few reasons why he wasn't a "big fan" of Bilal's physique.

He said, "Ali Bilal, I mean, he's right there. Personally, I have nothing against him, but from my personal opinion, I'm not the biggest fan of his physique. I think he's a little blocky, he has shorter limbs. I don't think of him as the standard of what Men's Physique really is."

Though Buendia praised Bilal’s on-stage charisma, dancing, and ab separation, he also admitted that he “was not super impressed” by the 2025 Arnold Classic Men’s Physique winner’s off-stage physique.

However, Bilal isn't really bothered about what others have to say. He is confiednt about winning the contest, if this this year, definitely at some point in the future

Ali Bilal on Ryan Terry’s Decline

Bilal appeared on the January 2 episode of The Men’s Physique Show podcast, where he shed some light on his belief about whether he can dethrone Terry in 2026.

He said, "I don’t think Ryan can improve a lot more. For me, I’m going to be 100%, and if Ryan misses, you know? That’s it. So, he has to be like, 100%. He can keep winning."

Bilal also pointed out that Terry was growing old and might not be able to maintain his prowess much longer. After that, he would have his time.

The Afghanistan native mentioned, "It’s gonna be three more years or four more years of behind. He is going to be like 40 plus, and I’m going to be 32 or 33. I’m gonna win eventually."
