Malik Nabers Pushes Through Intense ACL Rehab Workout

The New York Giants wide receiver, Malik Nabers, suffered a right ACL injury during his September 28, 2025, match against the Los Angeles Chargers, but it seems like he might return soon, all thanks to his rehab workouts.

Nabers underwent knee surgery in late October and is currently in his recovery process. On February 26, the New York Post Sports shared a YouTube short on its channel that displayed the various workouts that he is performing to regain match fitness.

The video's title read, “Malik Nabers is taking rehab serious in the gym.”

The exercises Malik performed in the video are as follows:

  • Swiss ball plank alternate leg Lifts
  • TRX single-leg elevated inverted row
  • Resisted power march
  • Weighted box step-up with high knee drive
  • Right leg-banded weighted squats with dumbbells (along with rehab machine and weighted vest)

Nabers appears to be focused on a comeback and is pushing himself daily to get back on the field. But apart from the gruelling training sessions, Nabers is also going out and enjoying good food.

Malik Nabers Visits IHOP for a Refreshment

Nabers appears to be well familiar with the proverb, 'All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy,' but since playing is his profession, he chose a different way to unwind.

On February 4, the Giants' wide receiver shared a reel on his Instagram titled “Anyone who’s calling this a punishment is OUT OF THEIR MINDS!!”

In the post, Nabers was seen at IHOP and enjoying its newly available Bottomless Pancakes. He said, “People who finish last in fantasy football come to IHOP for 24 hours as a punishment.” He added, “I'll stay here for a week… bottomless pancakes are free with select breakfast combos. Free? And they get to eat bottomless pancakes.”

He ended the video by saying, “Come to IHOP for bottomless pancakes”.

So, after witnessing how Nabers is balancing his recovery with frolicking timeouts, how soon are you expecting to see him back in action on the gridiron?
