This was not a one-time success as the American singer and songwriter had multiple hits on the Billboard Hot 100. But you would be surprised to know that Rodrigo isn't just a master of crafts in hitting the right notes, she also has A-game fitness.

Now it's true that, just like her music, Olivia Rodrigo's workouts are a blast as well. Yet, the crucial point is that she maintains a perfect balance to ensure it's both simple and effective. To begin with, strength training is one aspect she likes to implement. Besides bodyweight movements, Olivia adds some light weight for some extra challenge.

Along with the gym, Pilates is her go-to activity to maintain her core strength, body posture, and flexibility. Many might question its impact, but the reward is worthy, as it helps to tone up without burning too much.

How to eat like Olivia Rodrigo?

Hydration and wholesome foods are the only two things that Olivia Rodrigo likes to emphasize. The 22-year-old likes to consume a plant-based diet. Almost every meal of hers would include veggies of all colors, fruits, and lean proteins like quinoa, tofu, and lentils.

Her typical day of eating would include having an avocado toast for breakfast, coupled with some cherry tomatoes and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

Olivia also likes to drink healthy smoothies made with some bananas, almond milk, and plant-based protein powder. Lunch would include a quinoa salad, which includes black beans, sweet corn, and all colorful bell peppers.

For dinner, the Disney's Bizaardvark and High School Musical star eats a vegan stir-fry, adding all of her favorite veggies with some tofu to hit her protein goal.

Mind you, it’s not just a strict diet for Olivia Rodrigo to follow. The American pop star believes one should have a balance of everything, which is why she allows herself to eat that slice of vegan pizza from her favorite place or maybe indulge in some sweet dessert to satisfy her sweet tooth.
