He starts his leg day with deadlift bar squats, doing six sets of four reps, followed by safety squat bar squats for four sets of eight.
Next come Romanian deadlifts, and the counts are three sets of ten, before trap bar deadlifts with resistance bands for four sets of eight. The session is closed with barbell walking lunges, covering 80 meters across three sets.
Even though these workouts look more like powerlifting splits, the resistance band overload variation and long-distance loaded lunges sure give us a hint of athleticism as well.
Vladimir Shmondenko: From Farm Gym to Viral Fame
Vladimir Shmondenko has always been passionate about fitness, and he is currently the most creative fitness content creator on the internet. Everyone is now well aware of his prank videos where he is dressed as a janitor who lifts a lot of weight, just to clean the space.
But long before Anatoly went viral on social media for his insane lifting skills, he was building a gym out of bricks, wood, and old tractor parts on his family cattle farm in central Ukraine.
Shmondenko started training in fitness at 14, when he first got internet access, with almost no fancy equipment. Soon, he competed in regional powerlifting meets as a teenager, eventually earning the Master of Sports of International Class title, one of the highest classifications in the sport.
His unique style and humor quickly gained him a massive following. After moving to Moscow in 2019, he faced tough times in gaining traction; however, he turned the tide by learning English and expanding his target audience in 2023.
Now based in Dubai, Vladimir boasts a net worth of 2 to 3 million dollars, thanks to his social media success and fitness brand, Aribba Nutrition.
