The veteran bodybuilder took to Instagram to share the simple habits and mindset that keep him active in the sport of bodybuilding.

Diaz not only enjoys working out and maintaining his physique at 81, but also loves sharing his journey with his fans. He often takes to social media to share inspiring messages and workout videos.

As per Generation Iron, Diaz has maintained a strict lifestyle and workout routine that he created for himself at a young age.

"This sport is what makes me feel like a young guy, and age is nothing but just a number,” he said.

Diaz has often been vocal about his passion for fitness. In a video shared by Healthy Living with Ray, he revealed how he began his fitness journey at 35 when he was looking for the right sport to enter. His focus was to maintain a healthy lifestyle, continue abstaining from drinking alcohol and smoking, and start training.
