A new claim is shaking up the bodybuilding world. An Instagram post suggests Samson Dauda has surpassed the legendary Ronnie Coleman in arm size, sparking a massive debate online.

If the Instagram page @whoisthebestbb is to be believed, then 2024 Mr. Olympia Samson Dauda has just surpassed eight-time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman in arm size. And the internet can't seem to keep calm about it.

The King, Ronnie Coleman, who was well-known for his massive 24" (without pump) arms, has reportedly been dethroned by the Nigerian Lion, Samson Dauda, who has a monstrous arm size of 24.8"(pump), according to one of his videos. The only other bodybuilder to match Ronnie Coleman's size was mass monster Markus Ruhl, who also had an arm size of 24" (without pump).

Let's wait and see if he can surpass the biggest arm size, which is currently 25+" and belongs to Greg Kovacs. Known for his towering frame, Samson Dauda is packed with heavy muscles, which have helped him climb the ranks of elite bodybuilding.

Over the years, his proportions have increased significantly, with a noticeable increase in upper-body thickness, particularly in his arms, which now appear to exceed Coleman’s measurements. But that's not all, many commentators have also observed that over the years, Dauda's physique has surpassed that of some legendary bodybuilders.

Last year, during his appearance on Dennis James' Menace Podcast, retired bodybuilder Chris Cormier suggested that Dauda's leg definition was larger than Coleman's, but also his predecessor, six-time Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates.

“The one thing I’m noticing about Samson is he’s got these big deep grooves between his ham, thigh, and glute that area. At over 300-something pounds, but he didn’t have that when he was competing in the Arnold sometimes.”

He added, "He’s 300 pounds, we never saw that from Ronnie, Dorian, or anybody. I think that’s going to be something to watch as we get closer.”

One user commented, "That’s technically bigger than Ronnie's d***." After noticing some users were riddled with disbelief, one commenter wrote, "Guys, this is the off-season. On stage, the result is different."

There were some Andrew Jacked fans in the comments section who wrote, "Idk, I would measure @andrewjacked peak bicep. His peak is massive, and he’s bigger than Samson."

One user was not satisfied with just arms and wrote, "Why not measure the leg and chest also to compare with Ronnie?"
