Senada Greca Reveals the Ultimate One-Weight Body Burner

While most focus on lifting various weights to maintain their aesthetics, the founder of WeRise Fitness, Senada Greca, recently displayed how working out with a single weight can also yield remarkable results.
Greca is a personal fitness trainer who has trained multiple celebrities, including Kim Kardashian, Bebe Rexha, and Miranda Kerr. On February 21, she posted an Instagram video displaying the single-weight workout techniques that target almost every muscle group in the body.
The caption to her post read, “Full Body Workout - 1 Dumbbell or Kettlebell(no rock needed). Total Body every muscle burner. Make sure to SAVE and SEND to besties.”

Greca performed a total of 6 exercises in the video. They were:
- The Senada Get Up
- RDL to squat clean
- Hollow body pec presses
- Lateral lunge with rows
- Push up to cross-body knees
- Reverse lunge with press
Greca also recommended performing 3 sets with 8 to 12 reps of these movements for maximum benefits.
However, this one was far from being the only video where she displayed how working out with a single weight can also help tone the physique.

On February 28, Greca took to her Instagram once more to demonstrate a full-body workout with a single weight. But the facility changed to a gym from the beach, and the rock was replaced by a dumbbell.
Greca captioned the post “Full Body Workout - 1 Dumbbell Full Body - Total body, every muscle burner….”
The exercises she demonstrated were:
- Sumo dumbbell squat swings
- Hollow body chest presses
- RDL to goblet clean squat
- Alt leg reverse lunge to press
- Lateral lunges with rows
- Plank DB pull-throughs
She advised performing 3 rounds with 8-12 reps, and she even recommended including 4 sets for “beastmode.”
It seems that Greca is on a mission to help her fans become fit and healthy. So are you thinking of following her lead?
