UFC Fighter Doubts Doctor’s Credibility on Best Leg Workouts

A UFC veteran is questioning a popular online doctor's advice. After Dr. CJ Frandrup posted a video rating leg exercise recommendations, the former middleweight couldn't help but leave a comment.
Dr. Frandrup, who specializes in pain management, hormone therapy & medical weight loss, took to Instagram on February 7 to give his expert advice prioritizing one element: joint health.
"The best leg exercises are the ones that help stabilize the knee and promote healthy joints," Frandrup wrote in the caption. However, Hall didn't find the advice useful.
"Brotha, do you work out 😂?" Hall commented on the post. While he didn't elaborate on exactly what he disagreed with, it was clear that the retired MMA icon didn't find Frandrup's recommendations optimal.
