Vince McMahon’s Relentless Workout Routine and Sleep Discipline Over the Years

Besides serving as WWE's top authority for several years, Vince McMahon also made in-ring appearances, which required maintaining a jacked physique.
At 80, 'Mr. McMahon' may have slowed down considerably, but he used to follow a rigorous workout regimen to achieve the required build.
However, not many can think of continuing to work out with the unusual sleeping routine that McMahon followed.
Vince McMahon’s Out-of-The-World Sleeping Routine
Unlike today, McMahon dealt with extreme amounts of professional pressure during his time in the WWE's office. The WWE Executive Director - CWT, Bruce Pritchard, spoke about his sleeping routine on the July 19, 2018, episode of Sam Roberts Wrestling Podcast.

He disclosed that McMahon used to function with just "a couple of hours" of solid sleep and a few 30-minute power naps here and there, while he was the WWE head honcho.
Pritchard said, "He’d probably get a couple of hours of sleep before he’d wake up to do cardio. He takes, like, 30-minute power naps every once in a while. We would go and just 30 minutes. He would go nap."
He also disclosed how McMahon would wake up ready to face any challenge that comes his way after each nap. Well, the now-80-year-old also had the same intense dedication towards his training sessions.
Vince McMahon’s Workout Schedule During His WWE Years
The WWE star, Chris Jericho, revealed McMahon's views on working out during one of his appearances on Chris Van Vliet's YouTube podcast. Jericho detailed that McMahon was so fond of working out that he had to "force" himself to stop many times.
'Y2J' quoted McMahon, saying, “I have to force myself to get out. I’ve always over-trained, which is not good for you; it’s just that it’s my only socially-acceptable outlet for aggression.” So let's take a look at the specifications of the former WWE boss's workout regimen.
