Vladislava Galagan Reveals the Training Behind Her Muscular Physique
Russian bodybuilder and model Vladislava Galagan is known for her exceptionally powerful, muscular physique. In a recent social media post, Galagan shows off her muscular figure at the gym in between sets, leaving the internet stunned by her combination of grace and muscularity.
Galagan reveals that she has always been athletic, working out since the age of 16. She also enjoyed playing sports like basketball and running. During an interview with The Oracle, she shares how her love for working out began early, and her primary goal was to build a beautiful physique.
“I started going to the gym and lifting when I was about 16 years old. Before that, I was involved in various sports (running and basketball). I just liked going to the gym. In the beginning, I had no goal other than to get a beautiful body,” admits Galagan.

It’s interesting to note that the Russian bodybuilder thoroughly enjoys bodybuilding, attributing it to changing her life. Upon being asked about the role of bodybuilding in her life, she responded honestly to The Oracle.
“I have become more disciplined. I learned a lot about my body. I can say that I got to know myself. I gained complete control over my body and awareness. I feel my muscles and control them, and this is an indescribable feeling.”
However, she doesn’t stop at strength training. She reveals how she loves yoga and practicing mindfulness. However, the key to building a powerful physique like Galagan’s is simple- consistency and discipline.
Of course, the model also follows a balanced, nutritious diet to help with her muscle growth and recovery.
A Look into the Diet of Vladislava Galagan
During an interview with The Oracle, Galagan revealed how she focuses on including protein in her meals. Being a big foodie makes it challenging for her to follow any strict diets.
However, she loves cooking her own food, ensuring it is healthy and delicious at the same time.
“You can take any type of protein both plant and animal. I alternate, Dieting isn’t an easy thing for me because I love to eat delicious food but I cook in advance and it helps me stick to my diet.”
Her beauty and grace of femininity and masculinity have earned her the name “Kendall Jenner of Bodybuilder”. She maintains her physique by eating natural and whole foods without focusing greatly on macro or micronutrients.
On average, she consumes around 120 grams of protein, 80 grams of fat, and 180 grams of carbohydrates, as per Fitness Volt.
“A lot of people think they need tons of protein to grow. They take like 2.5 or 3 grams (per pound of body weight), which is too much and not good for digestion. People often overlook their gut health,” she revealed.
Although she doesn’t follow a highly restrictive diet, she keeps away from processed foods and artificial sweeteners.
