Wesley Vissers has already secured two prestigious finishes this year, but 'The Dutch Oak' maintains an equally appreciable physique even in the offseason, which startled multiple fans.

On March 31, Vissers shared an Instagram reel that displayed the various exercises in his offseason training routine. While Mr. Olympia 2026 is still five months away, the current condition of the 32-year-old's physique suggests that he could jump onto any stage right now and walk out as the winner.

The caption to his post revealed that he is currently in his "rebound" stage. It read, "The rebound is real. Some of today's movements."

However, Vissers also provided fellow muscleheads with a warning, as he mentioned, "You get strong quick during a rebound, so better keep the joints in check."

2026 has been a highly eventful year for 'The Dutch Oak.' Vissers kicked it off with a victory in the Classic Physique division of the Arnold Classic in Ohio on March 6. He may have failed to repeat this feat at the Arnold Classic UK stage, but Vissers still finished in second place, only bested by Mike Sommerfeld.

While Mr. Olympia is still about five months away, the current condition of Vissers' physique suggests that the contest might be another eventful one for him, given that he manages to maintain and fine-tune it a bit more.

Lots of fans were amazed after watching Vissers' incredible shape even during the offseason, and among them was a renowned bodybuilding veteran.

Vissers' Instagram post even attracted the attention of 7x Mr Olympia, Phil Heath, who replied with three fire emojis in the comments to express his appreciation. The German bodybuilder, Dennis Wolf, also showed his support, writing, “Dope” with a fire emoji.

Posing for an Instagram reel right after his gym session, he has the attention firmly back on his terrific redemption and a physique worthy of envy. 

One of the fans wanted him to expand his profession beyond bodybuilding, commenting, “You Should Sign a Action Movie.” Another wrote, “Most aesthetic physique in the game." 

While some others specifically mentioned his shoulders and delts. One user remarked, “Best Body of the World,” while another fan wrote, “Somebody tell me this is not AI.”

Clearly, Wesley Vissers is leading the conversation when it comes to Classic Physique in the bodybuilding world.
