The famous British actress, Jane Seymour, who celebrated her 75th birthday on February 15, recently revealed the eating secrets that help her maintain a size 4 over the years.
While speaking to Daily Mail, she said that she loves the “Mediterranean way of eating," since it works "so well" for her. She also like it since the food tastes good, and includes a lot of delicious food like tomatoes, olives, and fish.
The actress also revealed that she likes a protein-packed kickstart in the morning with the following foodstuff:
- A coffee
- Hard-boiled eggs (two)

She usually takes a light breakfast and mostly eats one main meal around 1:30 PM everyday.
For afternoon snacking, the “Friendsgiving” actress consumes:
- Vegetables with hummus,
- Pistachios, and other nuts.
During her interview she also admitted her affinity for nuts and savory food. Seymour revealed that she likes salt and likes to grow veggies in her backyard, which the Emmy Winner consumes later.
The 75-year-old also mentioned that she is never on a diet and simply follows good choices and sticks with them. She stated, “If you think you are on a diet, you will lose track, you will cheat.” Jane Seymour philospshy is “if you find healthy foods you really love that make you feel good, you never feel shorted.”
