Today, the actor resides in a stunning estate in Brentwood, which he purchased for $11.9 million in 2002, a value that has only gone higher with time.

Fans have seen the property plenty of times in Arnold's Instagram feed. This includes the lavish office and kitchen. But the main highlight for fans was his personal gym.

If you're a 7-time Mr. Olympia winner, a home gym is a must. That's why Arnold set it up and uses it in addition to his regular gym sessions. Fans will often see him post workout tips on Instagram from his gym.

And in addition to his LA home, he has a holiday hideaway in Idaho that’s ideal for skiing.

Arnold Schwarzenegger Rules At Home

While speaking with People magazine, Arnold revealed that he enforces strict discipline at home, even tossing mattresses aside if his kids left their beds unmade.

“I opened up the door to the balcony, picked up the mattress and threw it down with the bedsheets, the pillows, everything. I said, 'Don't ever make someone come in and clean your room, clean your shower or make your bed,' I said, 'because I taught you how to make the bed,'" he recalled.

His son Patrick verified this claim on Jimmy Kimmel Live, saying that his father would throw mattresses as punishment for unmade beds and even remove all the lightbulbs if he and his siblings left the lights on.
