Sara Bradley just wowed everyone with her perfectly conditioned glute muscles, and now people are wondering, could this be the new Women's Division physique?

Fitness coach and bodybuilder Sara Bradley has impressed everyone on the internet with her incredible conditioning, particularly in her glute area. Bradley was seen competing at the IFBB Pro Optimum Classic Championship 2026 in Louisiana, and her stage presence immediately impressed the judges and audience alike.

Bradley competed in the women's physique division and ended up winning the contest. The win has guaranteed her a spot on the 2026 Olympia roster. She is training under Pro coach Calum Raistrick.

Besides being a bodybuilder, Bradley is also a fitness instructor and has been one of the few athletes to openly discuss the less glamorous side of bodybuilding, like post-show struggles, social pressure, and more.

As a bodybuilder, Bradley has won several competitions, including:

• 2021 NPC Worldwide British Finals — Women's Physique Class B Champion
• 2021 NPC Worldwide British Finals — Overall Women's Physique Champion, which is the show where she earned her IFBB Pro Card.
• 2018 PCA London — Trained Figure Class Winner
• 2018 PCA London — Overall Winner
• La Familia Classic — Class Winner and Overall Winner

The latest one among them, the Optimum Classic Championship 2026, has earned her the top spot and lots of praise.

When Beyond The Stage TV shared Bradley's picture on their Instagram account, it immediately led to a swarm of comments. Most of them praised Bradley for her perfect conditioning. 

One user wrote, 'Most shredded in bodybuilding full stop !!!'

Another one wrote, 'When you really think about it, that’s one of the most conditioned physiques on the planet right now.'

One user even hyped Bradley to win the Optimum Pro by writing, 

'She better win with all the glaze she’s getting lately.' Spoiler Alert: She did win.

Another compliment that came her way said, 'That's insane for any woman to be that lean.'

'This woman has set a new standard. Never seen conditioning and size like that ever! Amazing!' said another fan.

'More shredded than most guys I’ve seen on stage, holy s****.' Another one joined in.

Whether her physique gets her to the top spot will be revealed in September on the Olympia stage.
