WWE icon Goldberg hails Ryan Terry as the British Bodybuilder makes weight ahead of 2026 Mr. Olympia

Ryan Terry just got a shoutout from an unexpected corner of the sports world, and it's got fans talking. As the British Men's Physique star closes in on a historic fourth Mr. Olympia title, one of WWE's biggest names decided to weigh in.

That name turned out to be wrestling legend Bill Goldberg. The moment came after Terry posted a carousel of three photos on Instagram, two of them showing him flexing in peak condition, with the third confirming he had officially hit his stage weight.

The WWE legend was among the many to comment under Terry’s Instagram post. His comment read,

"Go get them, brother," Bill Goldberg commented under the post, adding his voice to the growing list of names cheering Terry on as he heads into one of the biggest weeks of his career.

Terry has dominated the Men's Physique division since 2023, when he dethroned Erin Banks to claim his first Olympia crown. He went on to defend the title in both 2024 and 2025, putting him one win away from matching Jeremy Buendia's record of four Men's Physique Olympia victories.

The path to a fourth title hasn't been entirely smooth. Ryan Terry revealed in early September that an undisclosed injury had nearly derailed his preparation altogether, though he pushed through and continued sharing physique updates in the weeks that followed.

Back in August, he posted a shredded update showing his weight at 215 pounds, seven weeks out from the competition.

With the 2026 Mr. Olympia set for September 24-27 in Las Vegas, Terry arrives at the weigh-in stage with both his physique and his support system in place.

Whether Goldberg's endorsement translates into another title remains to be seen, but the wrestling legend clearly likes his chances.

Making weight is only part of the equation for Terry, who has also made it clear he isn't taking anyone in the 2026 lineup lightly. Rising contender Kyron Holden stands out as his biggest concern, a name he's brought up more than once in the lead-up to Las Vegas.

While talking on the 'Straight Outta The Lair' podcast, the three-time Olympia champion opened up about keeping the rivalry respectful rather than turning it into trash talk.

"There’s a lot of hype about the new kid on the block and stuff like that," He said during the interview uploaded on YouTube on 1st September 2026. " The thing is, I’ve got nothing but respect. Obviously, we can talk about Kyron. He looks absolutely phenomenal. He’s pushing me, "Ryan Terry said during the podcast.

Terry has been open about viewing Holden as a genuine threat this year, going as far as predicting the two will be locked in a tight battle onstage.

"It’s going to be a dogfight, definitely."

That mix of respect and caution sums up where Ryan Terry stands ahead of the biggest week of his year, expecting a real fight but confident in his own conditioning.
