WWE star Sheamus displays incredible physique in latest workout

There wasn't much left in the WWE for Sheamus to achieve after his almost two-decade-long career in the promotion. Still, 'The Celtic Warrior's' dedication to his physical conditioning hasn't declined, and a recent social media post bore testimony to this.

On July 15, Sheamus shared an Instagram post from his own account, where he now uses his real name, Stephen Farelly, as his username. It displayed a few instances from the former 3x WWE Champion's workout session, which spoke volumes about how he manages to maintain such a jacked physique at 48.

The initial snaps displayed Sheamus performing cable pull-downs, while the final one featured him flexing his sizable biceps. The caption to his post hinted that these sessions were nothing unusual for him. It read, "It’s just S. Farrelly... nothing more, nothing less."

Well, this Instagram post from Sheamus might take aback a lot of fans, primarily due to the username of his account.

Several WWE fans know that the 48-year-old used 'Sheamus' as the username of his social media accounts, including Instagram. But he changed it to his real name earlier this month, following an untoward incident related to his WWE career.

Sheamus went on a hiatus to recover from his shoulder injury in November 2025, and his WWE contract expired in the meantime. Upon returning, Triple H and Co. offered him a new contract, but with modified terms that Sheamus found unsatisfactory.

As a result, the multiple-time WWE World Champion declined the offer, marking the end of his 19-year-long in-ring career.

However, his cable pull-down-featuring Instagram post displayed that he hasn't given up on training. So let's learn a bit more about it.

The Training Regimen Behind The Celtic Warrior's Conditioning

The aforementioned Instagram post from Sheamus may have displayed just the cable pull-down part of his workout. But the former WWE wrestler maintains a well-defined training regimen comprising various other exercises as well.
