WWE Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley Joins Jesse James for a Gym Workout

Rhea Ripley, the WWE champ, is famous for her rigorous training approach, not only before matches or fights but also in her daily life.

And with that reputation, she has recently been seen joining Jesse James West for a gym session.

On June 6, James West shared an Instagram post from a gym featuring Ripley. He captioned the post,

“Ngl this was fun☠️.”

They pushed their limits by following a high-volume routine that emphasized mass gain and power development.

Apart from that, the dynamic duo was also seen creating some funny moments, including one where James West took on the challenge of smelling salt, in which the influencer had to sniff salt for 2 seconds with each nostril.

After taking the salt through his nostrils, James West looked exhausted, but right after that, he did a passionate exercise.

Even the collaboration tried more activities. For instance, in one clip, Ripley was seen slapping West on the chest.

In general, during training, WWE stars slap their chests to trigger a sudden adrenaline rush. It helps them increase their blood flow and establish a mind-to-muscle connection.

Apart from this, what is the workout routine that helped Ripley become one of the most shredded and strongest women in WWE history?
