79-Year-Old Robby Robinson’s T-Bar Row Workout Tips Leave Bodybuilding World Inspired-“One and Only”

How many 80-year-olds do you know who can perform a T-bar row effortlessly? Here is one name for you to remember: Robby Robinson.
At 79, Robby Robinson shocked the bodybuilding community when a video of him performing a T-bar row seamlessly surfaced online.
The video, uploaded to Instagram by @jordanisjacked, showed the veteran bodybuilder teaching a young man the proper way to perform the exercise. The caption read, "The Best & healthiest Golden Era Bodybuilder Robby Robinson at 80 years young showing how to do T-Bar Correctly."
The former Mr. Universe is known for uploading such videos on his Instagram page, where he is seen performing several demanding exercises without breaking a sweat.
On November 2 last year, he uploaded a video of himself performing a leg press while educating a fellow gym buddy about it as he did the exercise. He even wrote a long caption about the exercise for his followers.
The Pumping Iron star has been shocking people ever since he started bodybuilding, with the first shock being his IFBB Mr. America, IFBB Mr. World, and IFBB Mr. Universe title victories in a single year, 1975.
His best Mr. Olympia result was in 1987, where he secured 5th place. Robinson's peak form didn't leave him even at 50, and he ended his career with wins at the Mr. Olympia Masters Over 50 in 1997 and 2000.
And it looks like he still has he habit of shocking fans with his workouts despite being almost 80.
Bodybuilding fans lauded Robby Robinson's vitality at 80
Robinson's video garnered widespread praise from bodybuilding fans worldwide. Most were amazed to see him so fit and healthy.
The legendary 8xMr. Olympia, Lee Haney also took to the comments section of the post to appreciate Robinson's vigour. He penned, "The Master Speaks." Another fan dubbed him "The One and Only."
Several others also lauded him, saying things like, "You want advice....this is the guy! Looking amazing at 80," and "What a legend and inspiration Robby."
