Alexandra Daddario’s Body Fitness Discipline: The Routine That Kept Her Hollywood-Ready Across the Years

The Baywatch star has been a global phenomenon thanks to her charisma, but one question still lingers: how does she maintain her fit physique, especially now, while embracing motherhood? Alexandra Daddario's Nutrition
Unlike what many believe, Alexandra Daddario does not follow any strict dietary restrictions. Speaking to People, Daddario explained that she does not have a designated time for meals; instead, “I eat when I’m hungry.”
She further added, “I try to stay away from anything unnatural, but if you are trying to stay healthy and you get too hungry, it will only be more difficult to stay away from things like too much sugar if you don’t give yourself what you want sometimes. I’m focused on being healthy and not stressing or obsessing over food.”
As per Daddario, her approach to nutrition is quite simple: stay away from food that is harmful to your physique and consume what works best for you. However, that doesn’t mean one would stay away from her desires: “As I’ve gotten older, something that made a huge difference for me was being healthy.”
“It’s not about how much you eat…it’s eating healthy food and eating when you’re hungry, and not thinking about it so much,” The Baywatch star emphasized. Well, now that her diet is out in the open, let's shift to her workouts.
Daddario’s Workout Routine
The primary exercise that keeps Daddario in shape is yoga. “I did a lot of hot yoga.”
The Baywatch star explained, further revealing that although she has been doing yoga for years, she recently incorporated strength training into her routine as well.
“For Baywatch, I started doing weight training, which I had never done before, and I saw a huge difference. It was kind of amazing, the transformation I went through. “Regular exercise and yoga have made a huge difference in how I approach my diet because it makes me feel better about myself,” said Dadario
To achieve a well-sculpted physique for Baywatch, she took the help of AMRAP workouts (As Many Rounds/Reps As Possible). Her exercise schedule was as follows:-
- Lateral raise
- TRX mid-row
- Reverse lunge
- Jump squat
- Push-up
- Hip thrust
- Stability ball crunch
Ten reps for each exercise, performed across multiple sets—that was her approach to achieving a well-sculpted physique.
