Andrew Jacked Highlights a Quick Summary of His Combo Workout Before 2026 Arnold Classic
Andrew Jacked showed massive improvements on the 2025 Olympia stage, and even leapfrogged 2024 Mr Olympia Samson Dauda to finish third behind Hadi Choopan. Now, he's gearing up for the Arnold Classic.
With less than two months left for the 2026 Arnold Classic, starting on March 5, the 6'2" giant gave fans "a quick summary" of his combo workout on January 26.
Andrew Jacked's upper body combo
- Standing Dumbbell Lateral Raises: It targets the lateral, medial, and anterior deltoids.
- Machine Shoulder Press: primarily targets the deltoids. It also utilizes areas like triceps, core, and pecs.
- Smith Machine Shrugs: This exercise targets the trapezius muscles and helps promote strength and muscle growth.
- Seated Machine row: This workout primarily targets the mid- and upper-back muscles.
This is not the first time Andrew Jacked has posted about his intense training ahead of the Arnold Classic. Earlier on December 18, 2025, Jacked shared his intense leg and back exercises with his Instagram fans. That workout included:
- Smith Machine Front Squat
- Walking Lunges
- Seated Leg Curl Machine
- Seated Leg Extension Machine
- Seated Abductor Machine
- Hip Thrust Machine.
This only underscores how dedicated he is to training for the upcoming event. His coach, Chris Aceto, admitted that Jacked is “looking freaky right now," on the Rx Muscle YouTube channel. "He has a winner’s mindset," added Aceto.
Now, talking about Arnold Classic, the former 4-time Mr. Olympia thinks Jacked is the next winner.
Bodybuilding veterans' prediction on Andrew Jacked
Jay Cutler believes that Andrew Jacked could emerge as the new Arnold Classic champion and go all the way to win the Mr. Olympia.
Cutler said, “Andrew Jacked is Mr. Olympia all the way. He has all the tools. So, is he going to be the next? If I was a b****** man, I’d probably favor Andrew to come in and win the Arnold and Olympia in 2026, just because of his momentum right now”.
However, Cutler thinks Andrew can still work on his physique. “Andrew, if he improves a little bit, he wins that $750K. He could go to UK and win $250K more, win a million. A million dollars motivates the s*** out of a lot of people," said Cutler.
However, Cutler isn't the only one who thinks the bodybuilder has what it takes to win the O. Echoing Chris Aceto’s sentiment, Terrick El Guindy added, “The guy looks like a f**** stature. He has everything. The round muscle bellies, his abs are insane. Some poses you go, he is Mr. Olympia."
So, what is your opinion about Andrew Jacked’s current physique?
