Andrew Jacked shares training update 11 weeks out from Mr. Olympia 2026
Andrew Jacked is heading into the 2026 Mr. Olympia. He was a strong competitor in the open division after an impressive win at the 2026 Arnold Classic.
Now, the Mr. Olympia competition is just 11 weeks away. The bodybuilding star has shared a training update with his 1 million Instagram followers.
On July 1, Jacked posted an Instagram video with the caption “brick🧱 by brick🧱.”
In the clip, Jacked was seen training hard, performing movements like:
- T-bar raw
- Plate-Loaded Chest-Supported Machine Row
- Plate-Loaded Machine Pulldown
- Hyperextensions with plate
- Plate-Loaded Low Row Machine
- Incline Cable Bicep Curl.
Not only that, but Jacked often shares updates on his physique with his fans.
On June 24, he shared another Instagram post showcasing his incredible physique in the gym.
He captioned that post as, “2 weeks in, looking forward to what the next 14weeks will bring inshallah. Yesszziirrr!!!” In the post, Jacked was seen confident and strong.
On April 6, Generation Iron shared a post about his training approach, adding, “Andrew Jacked’s training is nothing short of impressive. His workouts seem to consist of isolating each muscle group.”
For example, we’ve seen Andrew training back alone, chest and triceps together, shoulders and biceps, then legs."
Jacked trains with high volume.
For the 2026 Mr. Olympia, Jacked needs to be more than prepared. In 2025, he secured 3rd place behind Derek Lunsford and Hadi Choopan.
While Jacked is getting ready for the title, the 2025 winner has issued an open warning to him.
Derek Lunsford’s warning to Andrew Jacked before 2026 Mr. Olympia
As Mr. Olympia 2026 approaches, the competition and comparisons among bodybuilders intensify.
In the meantime, Derek Lunsford, the 2025 Mr. Olympia winner, issued a direct warning to his opponent, Jacked.
On May 20, BTS TV shared an Instagram post where Lunsford said, “You are 41, I'll tell you this, I've been in this far too long and now a father of two. To ever let somebody come in and take it from me. To ever let somebody come in and take the title away from me. This is my title. I worked for it for more than a decade, and nobody's taking it from me.”
Lunsford, who earned the Mr. Olympia title in 2023, lost it to Samson Dauda in 2024. But in 2025, he regained his title and is in no mood to lose it again in 2026.
So now it will be interesting to see how Jacked faces Lunsford at the 2026 Mr. Olympia.
