Being a model, mother, and public figure, she understands the importance of spending time in the gym. She always takes time to include weightlifting in her workouts.

On her Instagram handle, she has revealed specific exercises that she does from time to time.

Just like her husband, Antonela also indulges in sports.“Over the years, sports have become my escape valve; it is my time to disconnect and focus solely on myself,” she quipped in her conversation with Elle Spain.

Apart from her workouts, Antonela Roccuzzo is quite a diet geek, as she believes maintaining a clean diet is more important than anything.

Antonela doesn’t miss when it comes to diet

When it comes to food, Antonela believes balance is everything, and that’s what’s needed to stay fit. “I try to take care of my diet by following a balanced diet,” she says to Bestsport. “Eating everything and indulging in my whims from time to time.”

“Eat before and after each workout, always hydrate, but especially when I'm doing a physical activity, and train responsibly, that is, stretch before and after; maintain good posture,” she added in her conversation with Spain.

Antonela Roccuzzo often shares recipes on her social media, ranging from chicken, fish, and vegetables to occasional fruits. Her menu evolves with her taste, but she ensures every meal remains healthy, not just for herself but for her family as well.
