Arabella Chi Shares Post-Baby Fitness Journey and Workout Routine in Dubai

Many women have a tough time getting back to their pre-pregnancy era, especially with the pressures of handling a new baby. However, Love Island star Arabella Chi manages to do it all.

Chi recently shared pictures of herself in a resort in Dubai, looking fit and glowing. According to Chi, her secret to her active lifestyle lies in walking, self-care, proper hydration, consistent workouts, and a focus on lower-body workouts like lunges.

“The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles," Chi said, as per Celeb Well. "The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball, or soccer.”

One of her go-to exercises has remained the lunge, Chi told Celeb Well. She called it an incredible lower-body workout, which helps condition the legs, hamstrings, and glutes.

She also mentioned how she prioritizes self-care as part of her routine. “In the evening, I like doing a SkinCycles sheet mask or having my nails done. Just doing beauty treatments to make it a wholesome day. That would be my ideal self-care Sunday.”

Chi juggles her own beauty brand, competes on The Challenge: UK, and takes care of her child- all while maintaining her fitness routine. She also follows a noteworthy diet that helps her keep in shape.

Behind Arabella Chi’s Inspiring Diet Philosophy

Chi follows a more nutrition-based approach to diet rather than a strict one. While she does avoid restrictive diets, she also admits that she doesn’t believe in cheat days.

“I don’t believe in cheat days, I don’t cut anything out of my diet. I’ve tried it all – being vegan, veggie, pescatarian! If I’m craving something, I’ll have it; however luckily I do love healthy food,” she said, as per Celeb Well.

Another astonishing philosophy that Chi has is to not ban specific foods according to whether or not they are “healthy”. Instead, she listens to her cravings and allows herself certain foods in moderation, observing her own body’s reactions.

Futhermore, she chooses foods that keep her feeling energized throughout the day rather then give her temporary highs and lows in energy.

With a focus on moderation and healthy whole foods instead of restrictive dieting, Chi’s philosophy is simple and sustainable.
