Arnold Schwarzenegger has finally revealed why he's backing a new supplement company. Momentous, a nutrition and supplement providing company, announced a multi-year deal with 7-time Mr. Olympia Arnold Schwarzenegger in January 2026.

This naturally raises a vital question: what made the bodybuilding legend trust the company enough to get into a partnership?

Now, the answer can be found in a March 23rd Instagram post by The Vitamin Shoppe, the exclusive national retail partner of Momentous, featuring The Austrian Oak.

The caption of the video message is: “high standards aren't a suggestion. They're non-negotiable”, where Schwarzenegger said:

“Well, I think that Momentous is just a very reputable company. They tell you exactly what is in the product. And I think because of their honesty, it's going to really work well in the long run.

I think that's what differentiates one company from the other, the standard. And to me, that is important because that represents the quality that you have. Every company has to think about their world picture”.

And with that faith, the former bodybuilder came into a partnership that launched The Arnold Stack, a lineup of supplements personally chosen by Schwarzenegger.

According to Business Wire, he uses those supplements daily for performance, longevity, and recovery. The product line contained:

• Protein, available in plant-based and whey isolate options
• Vitamin D3
• Creatine

Talking about the partnership with the former Mr. Olympia, the Co-Founder and CEO of Momentous, Jeff Byers said, “For sixty years, he's (Arnold) stood for consistency, discipline, and results that last. That's exactly what we embody with The Momentous Standard. This partnership aligns two forces built on the same foundation: do what works, do it often, and do it with intention”.

And that intention is visible in the Instagram post where Schwarzenegger said, “You have the responsibility not only to sell your product, but right along you have to go and sell fitness and sell the idea of being healthy”.

In the end, the 78-year-old legend said that for quality supplements, people can buy Momentous at The Vitamin Shoppe.

In February 2026, the bodybuilding legend expressed concerns that the American people's money spent on supplements is being wasted.

On a LinkedIn post, he said, “Americans spend almost $70 billion a year on supplements. Seventy. Billion. That’s more than the GDP of most countries. And yet…. The same nutritional deficiencies we had twenty years ago? Still here. Sometimes worse. How is that possible?”

He said, after spending so much money, Americans are still deficient in Omega-3s, magnesium, and Vitamin D.

According to him, “most people are taking the wrong things, in the wrong forms, for the wrong reasons. They’re buying hope in a bottle instead of solving actual problems”.

And to solve this problem, Arnold's Pump Club launched a guide portal to help fitness enthusiasts and the general public choose the right supplement.
