Being praised by your father-in -law is a great honor, and for Chris Pratt, it is even more special because his FIL is the legendary Arnold Schwarzenegger.

During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, when host Jimmy Kimmel asked Arnold Schwarzenegger about how he felt about his daughter Katherine marrying actor Chris Pratt, Arnie had a cheeky reply.

After praising Pratt for being a great actor and a kind person, Schwarnegger recalled feeling competitive against a guy who made more money.

"You have to be so competitive, I mean, you have to have a guy who is taller than me, that is bigger than me, that is doing bigger movies than me, and all of that kind of stuff that makes more money than me. What is going on here?"

The seven-time Mr. Olympia said he shares a great relationship with his son-in-law and that they bonded over their mutual love for fitness. He remembered his first meeting with Pratt when the young actor asked if they could work out together so he could get all the inside information about training.

He even joked that watching him lift weights perfectly, particularly performing the incline press, was the factor that contributed to his approval of their marriage.
