Arnold Schwarzenegger praises man’s 80-Lb weight loss: “You Inspire Everyone”
Arnold Schwarzenegger has been visibly helping people get fit via his Pump Club community. A regular member of the same club, Christian Hartwig, took to X to share that he had lost 80 pounds with the help of Schwarzenegger's fitness app, thepump.app.Arnie
'The Austrian Oak' saw the post and replied with three words: "You inspire everyone." This story stands out because of the reason Hartwig got there.
According to his post, he lost all that weight without a gym subscription or any expensive equipment stack. Most of his transformation happened with bodyweight training.

A set of adjustable dumbbells and a step stool, Hartwig took pictures of it all and shared them alongside his tweet. His transformation is a big standout for people who give in to unlimited excuses that weight loss requires access to a full commercial gym.
The caption to Hartwig's X update partially read, "Most of the work was done with my body weight, a few adjustable dumbbells, and a step stool."
This is what makes the story stand out is how Hartwig got there. No gym membership. No expensive equipment stack. According to his post, the bulk of his transformation came down to bodyweight training, a set of adjustable dumbbells, and a step stool
Hartwig also attributed The Pump app to be among the most influential components in his personal development process.
Schwarzenegger founded the app as an offshoot of his Arnold's Pump Club newsletter, packing it with workout programs based on his own training regimen, a nutrition tracker, and live coaching sessions with hand-picked experts.
Arnold Schwarzenegger Wants to Keep the Unemployed Fit — And He's Paying for It
Arnold Schwarzenegger recently announced that he was offering totally free access to his incredibly popular Pump Club Fitness App for the unemployed.
“I came up with a new idea,” he announced via social media. “I said to myself, ‘Well, when you lose your job, you lose your money, then sometimes you cannot afford to go to the gym and to work out and buy the food supplements and all this,’ but I always said, for the last sixty years, that fitness and health should be for everybody.”
Walking the talk, Arnold expressed that he would live up to his idea of "leaving no worker behind" and provide free Pump Club membership to jobless individuals.
The Terminator actor makes it clear — no strings attached, and the offer stands regardless of your political stance. "Join our club at no cost to you; we don’t want any fees from you, but just train with us," he explained enthusiastically.
The idol added that despite having a lot of money to own a private gym, the Austrian Oak still enjoys going to the public fitness centers for inspiration and friendship, and wishes to give the same chance to jobless people in the form of a friendly community of like-minded people.
What is probably one of the most useful features of the Pump Club Fitness App for penniless people is the inclusion of some smart training.
