Joseph Baena already impressed everyone with his bodybuilding talents earlier this year, and now he is spilling the secrets on the beliefs that have shaped his bodybuilding career.

Joseph Baena didn't just inherit his dad's physique; he also inherited his training philosophies and beliefs. In a recent Instagram post, the Classic Physique star opened up about his bodybuilding mindset, which he goes by, that has helped him be focused on improvement rather than short-term glories.

He wrote it in the caption that read, 'What I love about bodybuilding is that you wear your hard work every day. You don’t need a medal or trophies to display your discipline. It’s already on you! Can’t wait for the next competition.'

In this way, Schwarzenegger Jr. is expressing his pride in the process and the physical results of bodybuilding, without focusing on the competition wins. His belief is that trophies aren't evidence of hard work; the physique is.

Among his five children, Baena is the only one who chose professional bodybuilding as a career. He made his debut in March this year and lived up to his legendary dad's legacy by winning the first two bodybuilding competitions. He even received praise from bodybuilding legends like Phil Heath, Jay Cutler, and Dexter Jackson.

Although, unlike his dad, he has chosen to compete in the natural division, he is still making his old man proud. In fact, the Austrian Oak himself trained his youngest child for his competitions. The two were spotted at the famous Gold's Gym Venice Beach, where Schwarzenegger Sr. was teaching Jr. a thing or two about posing.
