At 52, Heidi Klum Flaunts a Toned Physique in Her Latest Appearance for a Swimsuit Commercial
In her latest beachwear campaign photoshoot, the 52-year-old supermodel and actor turns heads with her incredible physique.
On May 31, Klum posted a carousel of photos on her Instagram. The photos are from her new swimsuit campaign for the Italian brand Calzedonia. She embraces her confidence and fitness even in her fifties.
According to Hola!, the photos were captured by Morelli Brothers and directed by Thomas Hayo. Speaking to Entertainment Tonight when she turned 50, she said, “I don’t feel my age. To be honest, I don't let this number change my path or what I do.”
She further explained, “It is just a number for me because I don't feel 50, you know? I mean, sometimes I look in the mirror, and I'm like, 'Oh yeah, I am 50,' but internally, I feel like I'm 25, I'm full of energy.”
Though, as a mother of four, Klum doesn’t have time to go to the gym and work out every single day, she tries to stay as active as possible. In 2016, she told Shape magazine that “Balancing my work and their schedules makes it hard to find time for a traditional exercise routine, so we try to do as many outdoor activities as a family as possible. We love to go on bike rides, take our dogs hiking, or jump on the trampoline.”
In her fifties, she has a toned physique and stays healthy, thanks to her balance of work and physical activity.

While speaking to Daily Mail, she said, “I get plenty of movement from running around after two dogs and a cat.” Along with this, she believes in and practices the NEAT (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) exercise philosophy, which holds that housework, carrying a shopping bag, taking the stairs, gardening, etc., can also significantly burn calories.
She once said, “I never over-exercise or lift heavy weights. People often push themselves too hard. I listen to my body. I have no back or knee pain. I eat right.” Klum’s workout includes:
- Low-impact and joint-friendly exercises
- Resistance training
So, the “The Devil Wears Prada” actress believes in consistently practicing low-impact resistance training to help her maintain a toned and healthy physique at 52.
