At 61, Ronnie Coleman is proving why he is the King!
In his prime, Ronnie Coleman’s shoulder exercises were as legendary as his physique, intense, heavy, and prioritized on building massive delts.
However, after 13 surgeries and a sepsis hospitalization, very few thought that Coleman could again drop his sweat on the gym floor.
But he proved everyone wrong, and just a few weeks after leaving the hospital, Coleman started to work out with light weights.
That same enthusiasm has been evident recently, when “The King” posted a workout video on Instagram while doing seated dumbbell lateral raises. He posted the video with the caption, “Yeah Buddy… 20 easy reps to try and get these shoulders just a little bit bigger!”
This is not the first time Coleman has posted his light-weight workout videos after his surgeries. However, till now, he has been seen doing Leg Press machine reps, Light dumbbell or assisted movements, and Cable/Machine exercises.
But after witnessing his latest shoulder workout video, his fans in the fitness world began praising and lauding the 61-year-old legend.

After surgery, Coleman was seen in a wheelchair and could hardly walk. However, during the new year, he made a goal for his recovery.
He posted, “New Year, New Goals!! This year, my goal is to get back to full strength in the gym after my recent Sepsis and truly focus on getting back on my feet and walking. You can do anything you put your mind to, and I’m dedicated to my recovery this year…Yeah Buddy!!”.
One fan thus rightfully deemed him, “the legend💪👏❤️”. And another, “The King”.
Indeed, he is a king and a legend. With 8 Mr. Olympia titles and dedication to fight even with a life-threatening disease, Ronnie Coleman is the ultimate King.
