Australian Female Cop Sets World Record of 733 Pullups in One Hour

Beyond their high-risk and demanding duties, some police officers push themselves further and take on extraordinary personal challenges. One such female Australian officer has set the world record for the most pull-ups, completing 733 in just one hour.

Jade Henderson is a senior constable with the Queensland Police Service on the Gold Coast, Australia. On April 18, the Instagram account “Girl community” shared a post featuring her and her record.

The post reads, “Jade Henderson… has set a new world record for the most pull-ups completed by a woman in one hour—an astonishing 733 reps on August 22, 2025—surpassing the previous record of 725.”

Henderson broke the previous record of 725 pull-ups, set by Eva Clark in 2016. Speaking to “Guinness World Records,” she said, “I decided to start training for the pull-up world record because I liked the idea of doing something that nobody else has ever done. I also wanted to see what my mind and body were physically capable of.”

In fact, she also told them that she has been taking part in CrossFit for the last 8 years. Originally, the police officer aimed to beat Olivia Vinson's 24-hour record of 7079 push-ups. But things took a drastic turn.

In April 2025, while she was being prepared for the 24-hour record, she said, “I did 3,500 pull-ups in 12 hours and tore my bicep. I had a partial tear of the bicep tendon and muscle. I had to rest my arm for about six weeks before I was able to do pull-ups again.”

She then decided to go for the one-hour version of the record and successfully set a new record. During the record, she averaged more than 12 pull-ups per minute.

But this was not the first time she broke any Guinness World Records. Henderson also broke the 1-minute pull-up record in 2025, but it was an unofficial record. She received no recognition for this record.

She posted on her Instagram on December 31, 2025, captioning it “Unofficially a 2x Guinness World Record holder for 2025. 46 Pull-ups in 1 minute.”

To break a record, one had to go through intense training.

Jade Henderson’s training

Henderson pushes herself to the extreme limits in the gym. She dropped a full-body pump training video on April 30, where she was seen doing exercises such as:

  • 10 Bicep curls
  • 10 Front squats with bar
  • 10 high pulls with the bar
  • 10 RLDs with bar
  • 10 Close-grip bench press with bar
  • 10 Roll outs

She completed 10 rounds of this circuit workout.

Not only that, but she also shared another training video on March 24, captioned “>30 min burn 🔥🔥 Give this a go if you are short on time but still want to do a solid session.” In the video, she performed a circuit workout for 10 sets of exercises, such as:

  • 10 Bicep curls
  • 10 Shoulder press
  • 10 Triceps extensions
  • 10 Squats
  • 10 Lunges
  • 10 Rows
  • 10 Landmine rotations

The officer’s philosophy of pushing her body to the extreme limits, along with intense training, is the two secrets of her fitness and record-breaking stamina.
