From Eminem to Selena Gomez, Bebe Rexha has worked with the biggest names and still stands on her own. That same mindset defines her fitness, as she's faced her share of challenges. In fact, her methods provide a blueprint for anyone starting their fitness journey
Bebe Rexha Workout Through The Years
Back in 2020, during the COVID pandemic, Bebe Rexha never stopped training despite the challenges. At the time, she worked under the guidance of celebrity trainer Robert Brace. Her trainer told Hollywood about the core exercises he recommends.
- Squats
- Reverse Lunges
- Planks
- Interval Training
Apart from that, one of her favourite go-to ways to stay fit is boxing. “I love boxing and have started training a lot during the pandemic,” she told Us Weekly in 2021. Rehxa told Health that she goes hiking and trains under the guidance of Jeanette Jenkins.

“One day we’ll do yoga; one day we’ll do Pilates. We can run one day or box, which is my favorite. When I go to different places, I’ll try to run or go to the gym, or I’ll take cycling classes or boxing classes wherever I am. And I deal with my anxiety by working out,” she said in her conversation.
She is all about Body Positivity
There was a time when Bebe Rexha was subjected to hurtful comments about her weight. Although it hurt, she never felt pressure to conform.
“I definitely struggle with my weight, and I struggle with the way that I look, and it’s been tough for me,” said the star during an appearance on Gayle King’s SiriusXM show, Gayle King in the House. The reason for that is her PCOS, which was diagnosed recently.
While serious about fitness, she has never been obsessed with achieving a particular look. The singer also champions body positivity and sustainable fitness instead of chasing a riding physique goal to the detriment of her well-being.
