Bella Hadid’s toned waist comes from this intense fitness and training routine
Bella Hadid keeps turning heads quite often with her attractive physique, comprising a near-perfect waist. But while several supermodels go for extreme dieting to maintain their physique, Hadid follows a rigorous, demanding fitness routine.
A few days ago, Hadid shared one of her snaps on her Instagram story, which created a lot of buzz. It displayed the renowned model flaunting her toned midsection and waist in a crop top. While many wondered about the secret behind her physique, Hadid disclosed it herself by uploading snaps from her training as different slides of her story.
The supermodel's dedication to training is truly remarkable. Her sessions range from carefully targeted weight training sessions to high-intensity boxing drills, intense cardio, and abs and glutes exercises.
Hadid was hospitalized in September 2025 due to health struggles connected to chronic Lyme disease. Right after she got out, she started to focus heavily on rebuilding her strength and balance- both physically and mentally.
Fans were awestruck to see her back on her feet in no time, taking inspiration from the powerful diva dominating stages and screens worldwide.
The model is quite active on social media and enjoys sharing parts of her professional and personal life with fans. Recently, fans were curious to see her focused on a Pilates reformer, along with training hard in boxing and other high-intensity workouts.
While Hadid’s hardcore workouts play a major role in her physique, her food habits and lifestyle are just as important.
How Bella Hadid fuels her intense workouts while maintaining her toned physique
Hadid does not condone following strict or crash diets. She believes that fueling her body is essential, often resorting to juices, smoothies, and protein drinks before her workouts. She also indulges in protein-rich meals that help in muscle gain and recovery after an intense workout session.
However, what may surprise some people is her fun, open view on ‘restrictive diets.’ “If you want to have a piece of bread, go have a piece of bread,” she laughed, as she told People magazine.
Her day-to-day diet consists of egg sandwiches on healthy breads, proteins like chicken or salmon with vegetables, and adequate hydration throughout the day. Rather than starving herself to maintain her figure, she believes in healthy, balanced meals, followed by the intense workout sessions that she loves.
