There is a new Arnold in town!

If recent news is to be believed, then bodybuilder Julian Arroyuelo is bringing Arnold back after 5 decades. No, the Austrian Oak himself is not making a bodybuilding comeback, but Arroyuelo is bringing his legendary physique back.

The Argentinian bodybuilder is said to have a frame almost identical to Schwarzenegger's. The seven-time Mr Olympia's measurements in his prime were said to be:

• Chest: 57 inches (145 cm)
• Arms: 22 inches (56 cm)
• Waist: 30 inches (86 cm)
• Thighs: 28.5 inches (72 cm)
• Calves: 20 inches (51 cm)
• Quads: 29 inches (74 cm)
• Weight: 240 lbs (108 kg)

Whereas the young bodybuilder holds the following measurements:

• Chest: 55 inches (139 cm)
• Arms: 21.5 inches (55 cm)
• Waist: 29 inches (74 cm)
• Thighs: 28” inches (72 cm)
• Weight: 229 lbs (104 kg)

Apart from their near-identical frames, Arnold and Arroyuelo also share a similar training program. Arnold trained twice a day, six days a week, at the famous Gold’s Gym Venice Beach, and his routine included everything from flat bench, pull-ups, and squats.

Arroyuelo, on the other hand, performs push/pull workouts along with legs run twice, and back-to-back with a full-body workout. He also trains seven days, using the same foundational movements. 

So, who is Julián Arroyuelo? He is an Argentine bodybuilder, actor, model, and martial artist. He started his fitness journey via MMA training and worked his way up to improving his strength and endurance. He started weightlifting and realized his passion for bodybuilding.

As a professional bodybuilder, he won several international competitions and is known for his chiseled physique, work ethic, and commitment to improving himself. His physique and good looks got him noticed in the modelling industry. He successfully transitioned into acting and modelling, and he has worked with several top photographers and fashion brands.

Besides bodybuilding and modelling, Arroyuelo is an international martial arts instructor with several black belts in his bag. He has been a student of several martial arts disciplines, with a specialization in Krav Maga.

All these achievements were sure to give him the body frame of a legendary bodybuilder. His size may be similar to Schwarzenegger's, but do the fans approve?

Fan Reaction to Julian Arroyuelo’s Comparison With Arnold Schwarzenegger

Although many fans were impressed by his physique, most of them didn't support the comparison with the legend.

One fan wrote, Ummm, Arnold was the blueprint… no disrespect to @julian.arroyuelo, but he is here and passionate about what he does cause of Arnold, Franco, Lou, Mike, Frank, Sergio, and Dave.

Another fan wrote, "Lol. No were near Arnie size or frame."
