“Both Look Amazing”- Mike O’Hearn and Jay Cutler Uniting Together Leaves Hany Rambod ‘Nostalgic’

A week ago, Jay Cutler teamed up with internet bodybuilding favorite Mike O’Hearn at Gold’s Gym for the new YoungLA merch shoot.
Alongside the stars was elite trainer Hany Rambod, who was visibly struck by nostalgia as Cutler and O’Hearn stepped in front of the camera.
“They just put me, Jay, Michael O’Hearn in the new Gold’s Gym Young LA drop. We’re doing the full shoot. Definitely. They both look amazing still. Uh, Mike looks like he’s getting ready for a show. He even got his pro tan on, right? You know, got orange Mike,” said Hany.
Jay Cutler got in touch with Hany Rambod after losing his Mr. Olympia title in 2008 to Dexter Jackson. The loss hit him hard, prompting him to restructure his team. Although Cutler had already been training under coach Chris Aceto, he decided to take a major step and switch trainers.

Getting back together with his former student was a nostalgic hit moment for the coach, “And it’s honestly very nostalgic for me because when I used to come here, especially back when I was competing, I’d come in here, get my pump on, go in the posing room, get ready for the Iron Man.”
Hany is the man who took a broken Cutler and got him back to the Mr. Olympia stage, and that’s the reason Cutler respects his coach so deeply
Jay Cutler knows just how much Rambod contributed in his success
“I tell people all the time, he’s a m***********,” said four-time Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler. Back in 2024, Cutler brought his former coach, Rambod, onto his podcast, CutlerCast, for a conversation immediately after the 2024 Mr. Olympia. During the discussion, Cutler addressed the reality of Hany.
“There are hard moments. The truth hurts sometimes. But you know, you’re abrasive because you’re intense and driven, and we know what the end result is,” said Cutler.
Hany Rambod’s coaching career spans more than 20 Olympia titles, secured by his students in Men’s Open, Classic Physique, and Men’s Physique.
