Two-time FIFA World Cup winner Ronaldo Nazário recently sparked a buzz among the football community with a hilarious comment directed towards American YouTuber IShowSpeed. The duo met during the 2026 FIFA World Cup when he was stunned by seeing IShowSpeed’s incredible physique. Impressed, he asked IShowSpeed whether he was natural or not.

The light-hearted moment was captured on camera. It quickly went viral on social media channels like YouTube and Facebook. Nazário jokingly asked IShowSpeed to take a blood test to prove whether or not he was natural. The latter readily agreed. It wasn’t long before the clip went viral online.

“You take something?” Nazário questioned IShowSpeed, to which the latter replied, “What? This is natural,” with a smile. Nazário quickly clapped back, saying, “No, it’s not natural.”

Nazário asked if they could conduct a blood test to prove his claims, saying, “Yes, you can do a blood test? Anytime?” IShowSpeed was quick to respond with a “Yes!” after which Nazário said “Good!” giving him a friendly pat and a smile.

As per Unilad, he has a pretty funny cheat code that he follows regularly to stay fit- and it takes place every time he goes to the toilet.

He revealed that he performs ten pull-ups every time he goes to the bathroom. If he goes to the bathroom even five times a day, that’s fifty pull-ups a day, which is quite impressive.

“That’s fifty reps, five sets of ten. I have gotten so much stronger from doing these; I don’t think y’all understand,” he admitted.

It might seem like a small, mundane habit, but over time, it can create significant changes in your body. Furthermore, the simple concept of ‘habit stacking’ is often a foolproof way of incorporating small exercises into your daily routine without overthinking it.
