Britanny Mahomes' Workout and Diet Evolution Over The Years To Remain Healthy

Feb 9, 2026, 9:53 PM CUT

Being a former soccer player has shaped Brittnay Mahomes' fitness routine in a way that propelled her towards an active, strength-based lifestyle even beyond the field.

Even after stepping away from professional soccer, Mahomes continues to train with an athlete's mindset. Although her soccer career required agility and quickness, her training is now more focused on strength.

Even after stepping into motherhood and the business world, fitness remains non-negotiable for Mahomes. Whether through gym sessions or simple walks, making her muscles work is a big part of her life.

Her athleticism also inspired her to launch her own online training platform, Brittany Lynn Fitness, where she designs workouts to build muscle, increase endurance, and learn discipline.

So, let's take a look at the things she does to keep herself fit and healthy.

The Specifics of Brittany Mahomes' Workout Routine and Diet

Mahomes' fitness and health stem from a combination of effective workouts and a balanced diet. Given below are the exercises in her workout regimen:

  • Barbell hip thrust (3 sets of 12 reps)
  • Banded Hip thrust (3 sets of 20 reps)
  • Bench crossover (3 sets of 15 reps each leg)
  • Hamstring curls with slider ( 3sets of 12 reps)
  • Banded in and out Squat jumps (3 sets of 20 reps)
  • Lateral banded walks with double pulse squats (down and back twice)
  • Sumo squats (40 reps)

Besides working out at stipulated intervals, Mahomes also pays special attention to her diet. She enjoys eating healthy food, and this has been important since her kids developed food allergies. Before that her breakfast would include a banana, peanut butter toast, and banana, honey, and two eggs.

But after her children's allergies, she switched to protein waffles with eggs. For lunch, she usually eats sea bass, coconut rice, and a few readily available vegetables. Her dinners would include steak or chicken for protein intake, veggies, and some form of carbs.

During her postpartum journey, she ate rice bowls with chicken, veggies, chicken kebabs, and seafood, which she enjoyed with tuna, veggies, and fruit salads.

Her dinners aren't complete without tacos, and now and then her love for seafood took her to Red Lobster to indulge in her favourite coconut shrimp. She even tweeted Red Lobster after they discontinued it from their menu. To fuel her training, she never forgets to drink her OYWN protein shakes.

So, are you planning to include some of her workouts or dietary choices in your routine to live healthier?
